The comprehensive electric propulsion system mainly consists of diesel generator sets, transformers, propulsion motors, energy storage systems and other equipment. The energy storage system can effectively alleviate the impact of the propulsion device on the ship's power grid. Lithium ion batteries with superior performance in terms of volume, cycle life, energy density, etc. are selected for energy storage systems in electric propulsion ships. Therefore, the company has developed a lithium-ion battery pack thermal management module suitable for ship energy storage systems, clarifying the functional requirements of lithium-ion battery thermal management modules for ship navigation in the sea area. The hardware design and strategy development of the thermal management module are carried out to extend the service life of the battery system while ensuring the safety of ship navigation. All models of products have been certified by nine major classification societies.
