Research on anti-corrosion and leak prevention technology
Experienced experts from 701 Institute, 704 Institute, Jiangnan Factory and other units were invited to provide on-site guidance and conduct analysis and research experiments. Based on the corrosion characteristics of seawater on different metal materials and the calculation of different metal displacement reaction time periods, a condenser test plan was designed and a seawater corrosion laboratory was established; During the experiment, seawater was specifically transported from the representative Zhoushan sea area as the test medium. After nearly three years of uninterrupted testing, empirical data on condenser design, materials, processing, and other aspects were verified, improving the reliability of the condenser.

Research on shock absorption and noise reduction
We have carried out close cooperation research with universities such as Harbin Engineering University and Tongji University, and hired professors and scholars in the field of shock absorption and noise reduction to conduct noise research and testing on our products. We have relied on advanced noise testing methods to conduct noise and vibration tests on our company's existing air conditioners and air distributors, and conducted modal analysis on the components. We have also conducted comparative experiments and analysis using different noise reduction measures. We have invited experts and professors in the field of noise to consult and discuss solutions, and improved the design of the prototype to achieve good results in shock absorption and noise reduction.

Research on Clean and Precise Temperature Control Technology
In response to the traditional clean engineering, bacterial dust is only trapped by the filter membrane and cannot be killed. It is highly prone to self reproduction under suitable temperature and humidity conditions, and further use can easily cause secondary pollution. In depth research has been conducted to apply nano titanium carbon mesh and photocatalyst technology to remove harmful gases and odors. This solves the problem of the inability of clean engineering to remove toxic and harmful gases and odors. Technically, using professional control methods, the air conditioning temperature control can achieve high precision of ± 1 ℃, humidity ± 2% RH, and higher cleanliness.
