Ice temperature preservation system
Ice temperature preservation is a new storage and preservation technology that overcomes the shortcomings of refrigeration above 0 ℃ and freezing below -18 ℃, ensuring the flavor, taste, and freshness of food.
Ice temperature refers to the temperature range from 0 ℃ to the freezing temperature of living organisms, known as the temperate zone or simply ice temperature. Different foods have different ice temperature zones, and the ice temperature zone for fruits and vegetables is generally 0 ℃~-
Ice temperature preservation technology is the use of cooling methods to control the temperature of food within the temperate zone of ice, achieving a "dormant" state where the metabolism of food tissue cells is minimized and the energy consumption is minimized, thus effectively storing food. The time and freshness of food stored under ice temperature are more than twice that of ordinary refrigerated food.
Due to the narrow "ice temperate zone" of food, even slight temperature fluctuations in the storage environment may cause changes in the quality of the food. If the storage temperature is lower than the freezing point of fruit and vegetable products, it will cause freezing damage to the products and result in significant economic losses. Therefore, the storage environment temperature and other factors in the ice temperature preservation warehouse must be precisely controlled, which requires stricter technical requirements than ordinary refrigeration environments.
Ice temperature preservation and storage environment is a comprehensive application of multiple technologies, including refrigeration, heat transfer, aerodynamics, building structure, precise control, precise detection, data communication, module programming, power regulation, etc. It integrates control, monitoring, constant temperature, and constant humidity into one
The body reduces the metabolism, respiration, and material consumption of stored food to a minimum state.
The ice temperature preservation system has the following advantages:
- 1) Not damaging the cellular structure of food.
- 2) Maximize the inhibition of the growth of harmful microorganisms and enzymes
The activity prevents food from spoiling and spoiling.
- 3) Maximize inhibition of respiration and reduce nutrition
Ingredient loss, extending shelf life.
- 4) To some extent, improve the quality of food.
