Data center dedicated air-cooled chiller unit

After more than ten years of continuous technological transformation, the data center dedicated water-cooled chiller unit is developed and manufactured to carry technological support and innovation. The unit mainly consists of a compressor, condenser, evaporator, throttling device, and electronic control system. The refrigeration compressor compresses low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant into high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant, and sends it to the condenser for cooling. After condensation, it is transformed into medium temperature and high-pressure liquid refrigerant. The medium temperature liquid refrigerant is throttled and blocked by an expansion valve (throttling component), and transformed into a low-temperature and low-pressure gas-liquid mixture (liquid to liquid ratio). It absorbs heat from the cold water through the evaporator and vaporizes, transforming into low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant, and then returns to the compressor for further compression and circulation for refrigeration.
