Marine ice-temperature fresh-keeping system is mainly used in refrigeration system of oceangoing ship. Ice-temperature fresh-keeping technology is the third generation.The principle : fruit & vegetable contains sugar, protein, alcohol and some other non-freezing liquid, and keep fruit & vegetable in suitable ice temp (temp range: 0℃- 2.5℃ above ice temp, different fruit & vegetable has different ice temp) will reduce consumption and maintain the cell's living state, inhibit the activity of harmfmicroorganisms and delay the aging period . Before enterin “ dormancy ”, biological cells will generate Anti - Frost Fluid to wrap themselves. This keeping method will not only decrease the oxygen consumption required by breathing, but also improve the taste of fruit vegetable.
